LIME promotes young Caymanian to HR manager
(CNS) Local telecommunications firm LIME has appointed Matthew Seales as its new human resources manager for the Cayman business. Seales has worked for LIME Cayman Islands for the last seven years, having started as a retail sales associate and worked his way up to retail sales manager, looking after several stores. Now, officials said, he will lead the human resources function in Cayman and will be responsible for implementing the firm’s key staff development initiatives.
“I’m absolutely delighted to be given this opportunity,” said Seales. “I have been given the chance at LIME to develop my career and also to develop myself on a personal level. I want to afford that prospect to everyone in the Cayman community. I’m looking forward to the challenge that this role will bring and the opportunity to further develop myself.”
Bill McCabe, CEO LIME Cayman Islands, said he was thrilled that Seales had agreed to take on the role.
“He has been an asset in our retail stores and I expect him to bring his customer facing experience to this position. We believe that ongoing staff development is central to the success of LIME and I’m sure that Matthew’s experience will help us to achieve our goals,” McCabe added.
