Flow re-route traffic to tackle email trouble

CNS Business(CNS Business): Local telecommunication firm Flow has stated that recent email problems for their customers using the long-standing candw.ky email address should have been resolved after the firm re-routed the electronic communication following difficulties in their Miami connection. CNS Business received a number of complaints from readers that emails were frozen, including small businesses who said that they had been severely impacted by the communication trouble. They also expressed frustration over the Flow customer service centre, where they said staff were extremely unhelpful.

While readers did say they had been able to get answers from local staff, who admitted they were aware of a problem and were working on it, customers said they were frustrated by the lack of solutions and the failure to get their email problem resolved

Flow told CNS Business that they believed the problem was down to challenges in Miami and had been resolved.

“All traffic has since been re-routed to another route and this seems to have resolved the issue. All our staff including our Contact Centres were informed about the issues we were experiencing and we posted on our social media pages that some customers were experiencing issues,” the firm said. “If a customer isn’t getting through at the contact centre they can email flowhelp@candw.ky where they will get a quick response.”

If you own a small business get your own email service and get off the ISP email service. This is just one reason but there are many more good reasons to leave flow email behind.

So let me get this straight – if my candw.ky email isn’t working, I should send FLOW an email? To a candw.ky email address??? Is ANYONE awake over there anymore?
